Danielle Tibert
EdD, BCBA, LABA, Chief Clinical Officer
EdD., BCBA, earned a BA in Education and BS in Psychology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Danielle worked as a clinical instructor for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders while earning her Masters of Education in Special Education from Lesley University and Certification in Advanced Graduate Study in Applied Behavior Analysis for Special Populations from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Once earning her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA), she was promoted to Director of the Social Enrichment Program with Applied Behavioral Learning Services in Massachusetts. Danielle moved to New Hampshire in 2012 and began working with Constellations Behavioral Services, LLC in 2013. She has successfully completed training and certification with The Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS®), and is completing her dissertation on this subject at Nova South Eastern University.

M.Ed., BCBA, LABA, worked as a paraprofessional and in-home therapist for students with autism and other developmental disabilities for three years after high-school, where she met and began to work with Dr. John Moran, Ed.D, BCBA-D. Elissa received her BA in Family Studies and her Special Education teaching degree for the State of New Hampshire. Elissa also studied American Sign Language for four years and has taught ASL classes to children and parents of both typically developing children and children with developmental delay and other diagnoses to help foster communication within the home. In 2016, Elissa was promoted to Director of School Services for Constellations. Elissa’s passions still reside with supporting families and children with learning needs and severe problem behavior however, she has discovered a love for supporting the other clinicians in the company in their consultative practice and work towards improving the lives of others!

M.S., BCBA, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Saint Anselm College. While completing her undergraduate coursework, she developed a passion for teaching children with autism by working with a young boy with autism in his home and completing an internship in the autism program of a local school. These experiences motivated her to further her career in the field and to pursue a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Northeastern University. While completing her degree, Erin worked at the New England Center for Children delivering ABA programming to children ranging in age from 1 to 7 years. Her work there included incidental teaching, discrete trials, and managing a range of interfering behaviors including tantrums and aggression. Upon moving to New Hampshire in 2010, Erin worked as the Autism Care Coordinator at Easter Seals where she oversaw staffing and programming for families receiving ABA services. Erin joined the Constellations team in 2012.

MBA, BCBA, holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. He started his career in Finance when he held securities licenses including the Series 7, 24, 66 and 53. Upon earning his MBA he took on the role of President at a struggling software and services firm in NH. After successfully turning the firm around, he and the ownership team sold it to another investor. Tim has since been teaching Entrepreneurship courses at Southern New Hampshire University's Graduate School of Business in addition to managing the administration and operations of Constellations Behavioral Services, LLC. Tim also attended the Florida Institute of Technology's Graduate Professional Development program in Applied Behavioral Analysis in pursuit of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst focused on Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).
Kim Heald

Kimberly Heald, MS Ed, BCBA, LABA has over 23 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She earned a BA in clinical/counseling psychology and an AS in chemical dependency from Keene State College. She earned her M.S. Ed from Simmons College and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Kim began working with children with disabilities, with a focus in children with autism, while working on her undergraduate degree. Kim has worked with a multitude of children from the age of 15 months to middle and high school students with varying diagnoses in public schools. After working for the May Institute for three years, Kim launched her private consulting practice in 2005, Heald Behavioral & Developmental Services, which focused on providing services grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis. Throughout that time, she was a guest lecturer at Keene State College and provided numerous workshops on autism and ABA. In 2009, Kim merged her practice with John Moran to form a NH-based consulting group, Constellations Behavioral Services, LLC. Also that year, she began consulting to Antioch New England on their curriculum committee to help organize the first NH-based behavior analysis certification program. She went on to teach within the program when it launched that summer. Throughout the last 14 years, Kim worked alongside her husband and CBS CEO to scale their ABA agency into a multi-state provider working in both the public education and medical insurance platforms before converting their agency into an ESOP (employee stock-owned program). Over the last 10 years, Kim shifted her focus from client consultation to staff gamified leveling systems, leadership and team development, and coaching. She is trained in using Predictive Index and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. In her spare time, Kim enjoys relaxing lakeside with her husband and two children, scuba diving and snorkeling, weight training and is a certified yoga instructor.

MS., BCBA, LABA, earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Lawrence University in 2009. Brianne went on to complete her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University. While completing her master’s degree, Brianne worked at the New England Center for Children (NECC) with both day and residential students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders aged 2- 16. During her three years with NECC, Brianne became skilled in behavior management, early intervention, and social skills training. After graduating in 2012, Brianne accepted a position with Easter Seals NH, as the Behavior Specialist for the Robert B. Jolicoeur Schools. As the Behavior Specialist, Brianne developed behavioral programming for children exhibiting high frequency and intensity problem behavior. Brianne joined Constellations in 2014 as a school and home-based consultant, and was promoted to the position of Regional Coordinator for the 2017-2018 school year. She is also the acting treasurer of the New Hampshire Association for Behavior Analysis (NHABA).

M.Ed., BCBA, LABA, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with a concentration in criminal justice and social services, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She received her Masters in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College. She is a licensed special education teacher (severe disabilities) in the state of Massachusetts and was board certified in December of 2014. Jessica began her career working with adolescence 10-18, experiencing emotional and behavioral disturbances. Jessica’s interest in applied behavior analysis began and was fostered while working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders at Melmark New England in Andover, MA. During her time there Jessica was promoted from ABA classroom teacher to Lead Special education teacher and received her advanced degree. Jessica found special interest in vocational programming and transition planning, organizational behavior management, and severe problem behavior. She looks forward to further developing her skills as a behavior analyst while working as a member of the Constellations team.

Nicole began her work with children with special needs providing child care while she was completing her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education at Curry College. Nicole has worked in Early Supports and Services as a developmental educator specializing in program planning for young children with autism for seven years. In addition, Nicole has developed and continues to conduct an adapted dance program for students with special needs. She has completed a master's degree in special education and a certification in teaching at the University of New Hampshire. While working in ESS, she studied with the Florida Institute of Technology's Graduate Professional Development program and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Nicole has worked at Constellations for the past 10 years in different roles from a school-based consultation to currently the Director of Center-Based Services and Clinical Outreach. Nicole's primary interests involves increasing staff engagement using evidence-based practice and disseminating information on ABA and Constellations services to the general public.

M.Ed., BCBA, LABA, began working with children with special needs at Wellesley College while volunteering as a Visual Thinking Instructor at local elementary schools. After college, Emma attended Lesley University and earned a Master’s of Education specializing in Moderate Disabilities, Pre-K-8th Grade. Emma then moved to New York where she pursued her Board Certification through Northeastern University. While pursuing her certification, Emma developed a passion for treatment integrity, play skills, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Emma joined the Constellations team in January, 2017 as a Registered Behavioral Technician. She transitioned to her position as an Associate Behavioral Consultant in June, 2017. Emma lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with her husband and son and enjoys surfing, hiking, skiing, and running.

M.S., BCBA, LABA, her interest in applied behavior analysis began while working with adolescence age 10-21 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders at Spaulding Youth Center in Northfield, NH in the fall of 2011. Since then Kathryn has earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a concentration in Autism Studies from Antioch University New England. She also holds an American Montessori Society Early Childhood Teaching Credential and became board certified in February of 2017. Kathryn enjoys paleontology and worked as an education guide in the desert of central Utah at a Dinosaur Quarry for a summer while completing her undergraduate degree.

M.S., BCBA, LABA earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Studies in 2012. Gina was only 15 when she began her career in ABA working a home-case where she met Kim Heald. Under her supervision she pursued a career and continued working with Constellations starting the first Crisis Management Team and became a Registered Behavior Technician. In 2015, Gina completed her master’s degree in Psychology – Behavior Analysis through Purdue Global. Having lived in NH her whole life, Gina moved to California and worked as the lead Behaviorist for a non-public school serving students with moderate to severe Autism ages 6 to 22. Gina relocated back to NH in December 2016 and joined up with the Constellations team as an ABA Instructor, becoming a certified BCBA, and has been promoted to Regional Coordinator for School-Based services. During her free time, Gina enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking with her dog, camping, and going to Dave Matthews concerts.
