How to Create Systems to Define and Maintain Clinical Quality Indicators
Agenda:
Participates were given the opportunity to extend examples of quality indicators into their own organizational design and plan for application and measurement in their own setting, related to clinical outcome measures and staff training measures.
Participants were provided a method for developing quality improvement plans, how to measure remediation criteria, and case examples will be discussed to model how the improvement plans are applied, measured and how improvements have been maintained.
Participants will design a schedule of monitoring and auditing clinical outcomes based on a provided template. Methods to present aggregate outcome data across clients will be presented to inform how to monitor and audit outcomes.
